The polycarbonate greenhouse

The polycarbonate greenhouse is mostly Venlo type (can also be used round arch), more than one span multi-top, modern appearance, stable structure, beautiful form, visual fluency, excellent insulation performance, moderate light transmittance, rain trough, large span, large displacement, strong wind resistance, suitable for large wind and rainfall areas. Solar panel greenhouse, with good light transmittance, low heat conductivity, due to the light weight of the solar panel, long life, tensile strength, through the simple steel structure can meet the requirements of wind resistance, snow resistance, and long life, beautiful, reduce repeated construction and investment, is the current replacement of the original plastic film greenhouse and glass greenhouse of choice products.

Main structure

The main body of the greenhouse has columns, purlins, side rails, arches, string trusses, rain chute (gutter), connectors,) special aluminum profiles, seals, seals, fasteners, etc.; All materials are made of high-quality carbon steel in line with the Q235 national standard. Steel parts and fasteners are in accordance with GB/T1912-2002 metal covering layer, steel products hot-dip galvanized layer technical requirements and test methods. Good anti-corrosion, service life of more than 20 years. In order to meet the organized drainage of the gutter, single-end drainage is adopted, and the slope of the gutter is 3‰. Glasshouse structure

Glass greenhouse refers to a greenhouse with glass as a lighting material, which belongs to a greenhouse. In cultivation facilities, glass greenhouse is a form with the longest service life, suitable for use in a variety of regions and various climatic conditions. In the industry, the size of the span and the room is divided into different construction models, and in different ways of use, it is divided into: vegetable glass greenhouse, flower glass greenhouse, seedling glass greenhouse, ecological glass greenhouse, scientific research glass greenhouse, three-dimensional glass greenhouse, special-shaped glass greenhouse, leisure glass greenhouse, intelligent glass greenhouse and so on. Its area and use mode can have the greenhouse main free deployment, the smallest has a courtyard leisure type, the height of up to 10 meters, the span of up to 16 meters, the maximum of 10 meters, the degree of intelligence can reach a key control. The winter heating problem of glass greenhouse can use a variety of heating methods, and its energy consumption cost is in the middle, most of which can be accepted.

Basic classification
The foundation of the glass greenhouse is divided into two kinds: independent column foundation and strip foundation. The independent foundation can be used for the inner column or side column, and the strip foundation is mainly used for the side wall and the inner partition wall.

2.Design requirements
Before the design, the geological data of the construction site should be carefully analyzed,

First,is the geological survey report of the site (for important large-scale greenhouse projects); Second, construction site testing (for general projects); The third is based on experience and reference geological data from nearby projects (for small projects). When designing the foundation, in addition to meeting the requirements of strength, it should also have sufficient stability and the ability to resist uneven settlement, and the foundation connected with the support between the columns should also have sufficient transmission of horizontal force and spatial stability. The bottom of the greenhouse should be located below the frozen soil layer, and the heating greenhouse can consider the influence of heating on the foundation freezing depth according to the climate and soil quality. Generally, the bottom of the foundation should be more than 0.5 meters below the outdoor ground, and the distance between the top surface of the foundation and the outdoor ground should be greater than 0.1 meters to prevent the exposure of the foundation and the adverse impact on cultivation. Except for special requirements, the distance between the top surface of the greenhouse foundation and the indoor ground should be greater than 0.4 meters. The embedded parts connected with the greenhouse steel structure are set on the top of the foundation, and the design of the embedded parts is also an important part of the foundation design. The connection between the embedded part and the superstructure is mainly hinged, consolidated and elastic connection, etc., according to the different connection methods, the design and construction methods are also different, but all embedded parts must ensure a good connection with the foundation, and ensure that the force from the superstructure is correctly transmitted to the foundation.

  1. Basic materials and construction characteristics
    (1) Independent basis. Usually reinforced concrete is used. From the construction method, the independent foundation can be divided into two ways: full cast-in-place and part cast-in-place. All in situ casting is carried out by the method of supporting mold on construction site and integral casting. Part of the cast-in-situ method is carried out by prefabrication of foundation short column and in-situ pouring of foundation cushion. The two methods can be selected according to the specific situation. The cast-in-situ method has the characteristics of good integrity and low cost. Some cast-in-situ methods have high cost but fast construction speed and easy to guarantee construction quality.
    (2) Strip foundation. Masonry structure (brick, stone) is usually used, and the construction is also carried out by on-site masonry, and a reinforced concrete ring beam is often set on the top of the foundation to install embedded parts and increase the stiffness of the foundation. In addition, the side wall foundation can also be mixed with independent foundation and strip foundation, and the bottom surface of the two types of foundation can be located at the same elevation, or can be set at different elevations according to the bearing capacity and function; The independent foundation carries the force from the bottom of the greenhouse column, and the strip foundation is only used as part of the separating member.
    (3) Precautions for foundation construction. The correctness of column height and axis position should be ensured during foundation construction, and the equipment, pipe opening and installation should be buried in time. It is strictly forbidden to chisel after construction and damage the foundation.

Steel structure
1. The content of steel structure mainly includes the greenhouse load-bearing structure and the support, connecting parts and strong parts provided to ensure the stability of the structure.
2. Materials and construction precautions Steel structure materials are mainly cold-formed thin-wall steel and hot-rolled steel, except for a small number of components using high-strength steel, the rest of the steel are made of A3F. Glass greenhouse steel skeleton is generally produced by professional chemical plants. Because the greenhouse components are in the indoor high humidity environment for a long time, all structural components should be anti-corrosion treatment. It is usually treated by hot dip galvanizing. In order to ensure the effect of anti-corrosion treatment, all components should be subjected to anti-corrosion operations after processing. It is not allowed to cut, saw, welding and other operations on the greenhouse components in the field. If there is a small amount of on-site operations, it is also necessary to carry out anti-corrosion reinforcement treatment, spray anti-corrosion paint at the processing or wound. The installation of the skeleton shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and relevant standards, specifications and regulations. The domestic industry standard has been completed/double-slope glass greenhouse main structure 0, which can be used as one of the bases for the construction of glass greenhouse steel structure after being formally promulgated. At this stage, the construction mainly takes “GB 50017-2003 Steel structure design Code” and “GB 50018-2002 cold-formed thin-wall Steel structure Technical Code” as the main construction reference.
3. Design precautions Not every country has a special greenhouse design code, for the international market, our glass greenhouse steel structure design mainly refers to the Netherlands (NEN3859, NEN3860), Japan (horticultural facilities structural safety standards) and the United States (NGMA) and other countries of the greenhouse design code. However, problems such as structural strength, structural stiffness, structural integrity and structural durability must be considered in the design.
