Instructions for Use of Intelligent Multi-Time Feeder Controller:

This intelligent multi-time feeder controller has a 24-hour eight-time cycle feeding function. The feeding, interval, and vibration (output volume) can be adjusted separately and automatically saved; the maximum number of self-defined automatic start-up, shut-down, and three-minute automatic shut-off (no feeding can be prioritized for shut-off) is available, and there is a no-feeding indicator. Once set, it can be used for a long time without needing to be set every day. Users only need to empty the feed every day, saving time and effort.
Usage Method:
ⅠBasic Function Usage Method:
1. The machine has the following three working modes: timing, constant on, and automatic;
2. Connect the power supply, and the power indicator light (red light) will be on the LCD screen displays the last valid setting of each parameter;

3. Press the mode key to select the working mode according to your needs;the default mode at startup is the mode used last time, and no correction is needed if no change is needed;
4. This machine has a function of automatically stopping after 3 minutes without material (a special material sensor is required);note: the machine will stop in time or automatic mode in the order of no material or time;
5. In any working mode, if you need to stop the machine manually, just press the power off key to stop working immediately;

ⅡMethods of using each mode:
1. Timed mode:
A. Connect the power supply, and the red power indicator light turns on. Press the mode key to select the timed mode;the working time can be set in 120 minutes;
B. Press the minute key to set the timing time (minutes: 5)
C. Press the power on key to start feeding. The operation steps are: press “mode” → “timed” → “minute” (set the working time) → “power on” key to start working immediately.
2. Continuous mode:
A. Connect the power supply, and the red power indicator light turns on. Press the mode key to select the continuous mode;
B. Press the power on key to start feeding;
C. The continuous mode has a function of automatically starting the machine when the material is poured;press the power on key to start working immediately after pouring the material, and the machine will automatically stop after 3 minutes of no material. The next time, only by pouring the material, the machine will automatically start working, without the need for manual operation, thus realizing the continuous automatic mode of pouring material and automatically starting the machine after 3 minutes of no material. (If you press the “power off” key, the continuous automatic function will be cancelled)
D. In the continuous mode, the machine will not stop unless you manually press the power off key when it stops, it has the function of automatic power-on when the power is off, and can realize the working mode of pulling the switch. Operation steps: Press the “Mode” → “Normal” → “Start” key to start the work immediately, and the feed will automatically stop after throwing.

Time setting method: (Set feeding time, up to eight time periods); Under the automatic mode, you can set: Time period key, set the startup time of period 1 (display: time period 1 is on), press the time division key, set the opening time of period 1; Then time period key (display: time period 1 off), press the time division key to set the time period 1 shutdown time; Press the “Time period” button repeatedly to continue to set the on-off time setting for other time periods; If the setting is complete, directly press the power button to start the work (automatically switch the machine on and off at the set time for feeding). Time period setting steps: Press “mode” button to select “automatic” mode, press “time” to selected to set up the session (open), press “when” “points” set automatic startup time and press “time” is selected to set up the time (close) to press “when” “points” Set the automatic shutdown time press the “Power On” key (complete) Time setting Important notes: The controller is an arbitrary timer within 24 hours, so the startup time must be shorter than the shutdown time, otherwise it will not automatically start to perform the automatic shutdown function.

Cancel (Cancel unused time period) : Press Mode to select automatic working mode, press Time period to select the corresponding time period, then press Cancel to cancel the time period, and “–” is displayed; Press “power on” to save operation steps: press “Mode” → “Automatic” → “Time period” “Cancel” → “Power on” key to save immediately
8. Time correction (set clock, proofread Beijing time): (Note: TIME correction can only be performed in normal mode.) Press the “Time correction” key, and the clock time box is displayed blinking. Press the “Time” key to set the hour, and press the “minute” key to set the minute. After the setting is complete, the clock time will be automatically saved after 8 seconds without any operation, or press the “Power on” button to save it immediately. Time calibration operation steps: press “Mode” key → select “Normal” mode → press “time calibration” key → “Time” key → “split” key → “Power on” key to save immediately
9. Manual: (manual feeding)
10. Power on, the red power indicator light up, press the mode key, select the normal mode;
11. After the machine is started by pressing the power button, it can be automatically set to the switch-off mode intelligently to realize the automatic start of power failure and incoming calls. Operation procedure: Press the “Mode” → “On” → “On” key to start and run for 5 seconds, and automatically save the setting to the switch mode.

Note:

1. After setting each function, you must press the “machine” button to work. The power can continue to work after the interruption, without restarting.

2, it is necessary to realize the automatic stop function of 3 minutes without materials, and it is necessary to select our company’s special material stop sensor to achieve this function.

3. In any working mode, if you manually press the “Power Off” key to shut down, you must manually press the “Power on” key to start the startup work.
4. The machine has high pressure, do not disassemble by yourself.
